ORTSEC, LLC is a veteran-owned, polygraph service and security consulting company, founded by a retired FBI Special Agent Polygraph Examiner. Polygraph examinations hired through ORTSEC are conducted by federally certified polygraph examiners using state-of-the-art computerized equipment.  Examinations can be conducted in Spanish. Se habla español.

It is essential to thoroughly review and confirm the training and experience of any polygraph examiner before making a hiring decision. It is strongly advised against hiring a polygraph examiner who is not an active member of a recognized polygraph organization such as the American Polygraph Association or the American Association of Police Polygraphists.

Federally Certified Polygraph Examiners have all been trained at the Department of Defense, National Center for Credibility Assessment (NCCA). NCCA is the federal center for credibility assessment education, oversight, research, and development.  NCCA is recognized as the top polygraph training center in the United States.

Our mission is to provide exceptional credibility assessment service using the latest polygraph techniques.

Choosing a Polygraph Examiner:

Not every polygraph examiner is created equal. The polygraph is only as good as the person behind the instrument. Verify and confirm the training and experience of any prospective polygraph examiner before hiring them.

All polygraph examiners at ORTSEC hold the prestigious title of FBI Certified Polygraph Examiner. Each examiner has completed their training at the highly esteemed United States National Center for Credibility Assessment (NCCA), which is widely recognized as the leading institution for polygraph education, often referred to as the "Harvard" of polygraph schools. The FBI, CIA, NSA and other federal agencies send their potential polygraph examiners to NCCA. Admission to NCCA requires candidates to possess a minimum of a four-year university/college degree, be employed by a federal agency, and successfully pass a thorough background investigation, including a polygraph examination.

Due to their background, ORTSEC polygraph examiners have been involved in a wide range of investigative programs such as counterintelligence, domestic and international terrorism, violent crimes, street gangs, drugs, and other areas falling under FBI jurisdiction. Throughout their careers, they obtained FBI certification as polygraph examiners. Consequently, ORTSEC examiners have administered numerous polygraph tests in support of FBI investigations. These examiners have also traveled extensively around the globe, covering regions such as the Middle East, Europe, Asia, the Caribbean, Central and South America.

ORTSEC polygraph examiners have extensive experience in examining, interviewing, and interrogating individuals, including spies, terrorists, and other major criminals. This is why ORTSEC polygraph examinations are held in high esteem.
